Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (as confirmed by the order tracking record).

To initiate a return, please email support@joyor-escooters.com and include the following details:

1.Your order number.

2.The name(s) and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return.

3.The reason(s) for requesting the return.

4.Photos or videos showing any defects, if applicable.

Note: Please ensure that any photos or videos you provide are clear, in focus, and taken from an appropriate distance. We appreciate your cooperation.

If the return is due to the consumer’s reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the shipping company you select.

If the return is caused by an error on our part—such as damaged or incorrect items—you will not be required to pay for the return shipping.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

After we receive your email, we will carefully review the information and evidence you provide, including descriptions, photos, and videos. If we confirm that the item is defective, we will process your return and notify you via email.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Process:

1.We will provide the return warehouse address based on the specific item and your shipping address.

2.You pack the item(s) and send a confirmation email to us.

3.The courier will pick up the package from your location.

4.Our warehouse will receive the returned items and confirm receipt.

5.We will inspect the returned items.

6.Once approved, we will either send a replacement item or process a refund to your original payment account within 1–3 business days.

Return/Refund Fees

Quality issues within 14 days of receiving the item: Free return or exchange.

Wrong product shipped by us: Free return or exchange.

Package not delivered: Free return or exchange.

Order canceled before shipment: 5% handling fee applies.

Order canceled after shipment: Return shipping costs (both ways) apply.

Return within 14 days due to buyer’s reason: Return shipping costs (both ways) apply.

Refusal of package for non-quality issues: Return shipping costs (both ways) apply.
